Was created on the premise of "primum non nocere" — first do no harm. Our philosophy is to accurately evaluate and diagnose patients and guide them through their journey to improvement.
Depending on your condition, we will begin your course of treatment with a conservative approach. Surgical procedures will be considered only after this conservative treatment does not create the desired outcomes.
At the Institute of Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics, we use only the latest techniques and advances in orthopaedics, including those in arthroscopic surgery. If surgery is necessary, you can be assured you will be provided with a superior level of surgical care. Following your surgery we will guide you through post-operative rehabilition so you can quickly return to your normal daily activities.
Mission Statement:To provide our patients with the best opportunity to resume their pre-injury level of activity. If you have been referred to our office by your primary care physician or another office, we ask that they provide us with a "request for consultation". Alternatively, our receptionist will be happy to fax them a note requesting this information. For your appointment, please bring all x-rays, MRI films and documentation that may be pertinent to your visit with us.If you know you are going to be late or are unable to make your appointment, please notify our office in advance. For the benefit of our prompt patients, if you do arrive late we may not be able to see you immediately, but as soon as possible.
